Standard delivery is free for orders over 1000 DKK. We will deliver your purchase within 3-4  business days after receiving your order confirmation.

During high season, sale periods and bank holidays, the delivery period may be longer. The current delivery time will be displayed at checkout.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Express Home Delivery, DHL (150 DKK)

We also offer Express delivery (1-2 days) for orders placed before 16:30 Monday to Friday and before 10:30 on Saturday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within two business days. 

This excludes Sunday and public holidays. During high season and sale periods, Express delivery might be unavailable.

We offer several delivery options depending on your location. Enter your preferred delivery address at the checkout to see available options.

If someone picks up a parcel on your behalf, they must bring your ID, the pick-up code, and their own ID.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link.

Items ordered can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in Denmark.

We do not ship to Faroe Island. For shipping to Greenland please select "International Shipping" as your location.
